Looking for a tasty, refreshing drink to cool off with this summer? Try this delicious Rhubarb Mojito!
Ingredients:
½ lime – cut into pieces
1oz mint syrup
2oz vodka
1oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1oz Rhubarb Syrup
In a cocktail shaker add lime, ice, vodka, Cointreau or Triple Sec, and the Syrups. Strain into an ice-filled glass, garnish with lime and fresh mint leaves.
