Raw Vermont Honey
This exceptional honey is produced in Barnard, VT by Silver Lake Syrup's friend and beekeeper, Paul Cayer.
Honey bees collect nectar from our beautiful Vermont flowers and trees. The nectar is stored in the honeycomb where evaporation turns it into sweet liquid honey!
Our hives are managed without using pesticides or antibiotics. Our honey is always raw (unpasteurized) ensuring all of mother nature's goodness is preserved.
Colors may vary with our honey depending on the plants the bees are foraging from. Honey will be lighter in the spring and darkens as the season progresses.
