Maple Creemee Machine Rental

Service Description

How It Works: Step 1: Book the rental at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. A non-refundable $175 deposit plus 6% sales tax ($10.50) will be charged at booking. This will go towards your final bill due at time of pick up. Step 2: We will reach out to you to discuss important details regarding your rental and final bill. We will send you a rental agreement form to sign. Step 3: Pick up your equipment at Silver Lake Syrups in Barnard, VT and pay the remaining bill. Step 4: Return the equipment to Silver Lake Syrups within 24 hours of your event. We understand that it may not be possible to pick up and return the equipment same day depending on how far your event is from our sugarhouse. We will work with you to arrange appropriate pick up and return times. Included with your rental/deposit: 1 Day Rental of Maple Creemee Machine Additional Fees (paid at time of pick up): 1. Ready-to-use Maple Creemee Mix made with our own Maple Syrup, serving supplies such as cake cones, gluten-free cones upon request, paper cups, wooden spoons, napkins (price based on number of servings) 1 Bag (2.5 gallons) - approx. 50 servings - $85 2 Bags (5 gallons) - approx. 100 servings - $170 3 Bags (7.5 gallons) - approx. 150 servings - $255 4 Bags (10 gallons) - approx. 200 servings - $340 *Unopened and unused creemee mix cannot be returned. 2. Cleaning Fee - $50 We ask that you run at least one tank of warm water through the machine after your event. This will prevent the mix from sticking and clogging the internal parts of the machine. Once it returns to us we will thoroughly clean and sanitize the equipment. 3. Portable Refrigerator - $65 +6% sales tax. *Optional but HIGHLY recommended* The Maple Creemee Mix MUST be kept cold (below 40 degrees F) during transport and storage. We highly recommend renting the portable refrigerator for your event. ***Please note, we can only accommodate rentals for events located in Vermont*** Thank you for your interest in renting our Maple Creemee Machine! Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your event date. The deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling: If given 14 days notice, we will be happy to help reschedule your rental based on availability.
