More Information About Our Creemee Machine Rental

How It Works: Step 1: Book your rental at least two weeks before your event. A non-refundable deposit of $185, plus 6% sales tax ($11.10), is required at booking and will be applied toward your final bill, due two weeks before your event. Step 2: We’ll reach out to discuss the details of your rental and finalize your agreement. You’ll also receive a rental agreement form to sign. Step 3: Pick up the equipment at Silver Lake Syrups in Barnard, VT. Step 4: Return the equipment to Silver Lake Syrups after your event. If same-day pickup and return aren’t feasible due to travel distance, we’ll work with you to arrange appropriate times. Included with your rental/deposit: 1 Day Rental of Maple Creemee Machine Additional Fees: 1. Supplies: Ready-to-use Creemee mix made with our own maple syrup, cake cones, gluten-free cones upon request, paper cups, wooden spoons, and napkins. 1 Bag (2.5 gallons) - approx. 50 servings - $90 2 Bags (5 gallons) - approx. 100 servings - $180 3 Bags (7.5 gallons) - approx. 150 servings - $270 4 Bags (10 gallons) - approx. 200 servings - $360 Please note: Unopened and unused mix cannot be returned. 2. Cleaning Fee - $50 After your event, please run a tank of warm water through the machine to prevent mix buildup. We will thoroughly clean and sanitize the equipment upon return. 3. Portable Refrigerator (optional but highly recommended) - $65 +6% sales tax.
