Old-Fashioned Vermont Maple Syrup boiled in a wood-fired evaporator! This syrup is excellent over waffles, pancakes, ice-cream, coffee, grilled meat, yogurt, and so much more!


There are four different grades of maple syrup featuring a range of flavors from light and delicate to dark and robust. 

  • Golden Delicate - Produced early in the sugaring season, golden delicate has a light flavor and golden color. Best over waffles, pancakes, ice-cream, etc.
  • Amber Rich - Produced during the middle of sugaring season and considered the 'classic maple syrup', amber rich maple syrup has a rich, full-bodied flavor with an amber color. Best over waffles, pancakes, coffee, ice-cream, and for glazes.
  • Dark Robust - Produced during the middle to end of the sugaring season, dark robust syrup offers a more pronounced maple flavor with a dark color. This syrup is wonderful to cook with if you're looking for a strong maple flavor and can be used for traditional use on your breakfast table as well!
  • Very Dark - Produced during the end of the sugaring season, this syrup is known for it's very dark color and strong flavor that translates well to cooking.
