  • Our honey is raw (unpasteurized); it retains enzymes, traces of wax and pollen that figure into its flavor and healthful properties. Honey will naturally crystallize over time, this is normal as weather cools. Simply place the jar in a pot of hot water (not boiling) to allow the crystals to melt back to liquid form.
